Rumor has it that he just found a Sedgley Krag in .25-35. Of course, it isn't true if he doesn't post a picture!

Yes, the vertical one is a Krag in 30-40 but it isn't marked Sedgley. I'm sure it was made after Sedgley quit listing the Krag in their catalog but they did offer the custom work on the back page. I did win the 25-35 Krag at the auction and will post photos when I get it. I'm sure that the new one is one of the production Krags as listed in the early catalogs. I'll send Michael a photo of the Krag in the display to post. Dan

Wow! Takes a lot of searching, research and knowledge to amass such a nice collection. Not to mention the patience and money.I'd settle for the patience at this point in time.

Thaine,
No, I didn't get the Mannlicher as I have a nice one in 7mm. I was on the phone for it and it went cheap enough but I don't have much in the gun fund. Dan

So are Sedgley rifles enjoying somewhat of a renaissance now? I bought one a couple of years ago. It needed a little work but it's a damn fine shooter and fun to carry.
I heard about your display at Tulsa and the pictures of your display make me wish I was there. Well done.
