The consensus as I recall was that it will pop off from the build up of air pressure as the load goes down the barrel. Even if it doesn't it will just shoot through it, this tape is not heavy enough to present a danger from an Obstruction. Miller/TN I Didn't Say Everything I Said, Yogi Berra
