I use the 2 dog Doggtra T&B and love it. I mostly use the beeper set on point only and often use only the locator button to find my dark GSP in tall brush. I agree in using the e-collar judiciously but all dogs are different and my last and now gone GSP needed a reminder that he was supposed to listen. Like people all dogs are different for some more timid or gentle soles e-stimulation is probably a bad idea, but for a hard headed, hard charger sometimes it can be the answer. It worked well for Gus and fine for Hank but I am extremely careful with Shooter.

I had a DT prior to the Doggtra and didn't like the DT my brother is always replacing the recharable battries in his Tritronics and it has malfunctioned, I would highly recommend Doggtra with Beeper
