Joe,
When my late wife Gail was going to MD Andersons we used to hop on Alt 90 to get to MD Anderson from our home in Missouri City. If you just stay on Alt 90 and head west it'll take you straight out to Richmond and get you to with one block of Joseph's. Plus, even rush hour traffic was not terrible on Alt 90.
If you need to use a full-fledged computer they have public computers you can use at MDA
