L. Brown Sidelock Joined: Jan 2002 Posts: 11,573 Likes: 165 Iowa	Doverham, if you reload using the Polywad inserts, you can improve center density while still achieving spreader results. Two ways of doing it: Mike Campbell places a layer of shot on top of the insert. I use a one-hole punch and cut out 3 half moon notches around the edge of the insert.
