The nice thing about the Las Vegas show is that 90% of the tables (except for the knife section which is by itself)are antique guns. No rubber tomahawks, camos, jerky, or black guns. I go every year with no intention of buying a gun and end up going home with a "must have" for my collection.
In addition all of the double collectors associations are there with displays that can blow your mind.
