It looks like a standard, best-quality British oak & leather case. These cases were made up in the trade and supplied to makers as required. They slapped their labels inside, added accessories (sometimes branded, sometimes not) and sent the cases/guns on their way. I've seen everything from Greener FH35s to Boss O/Us in similar cases: OWD Good Gun Alerts & more: www.DogsandDoubles.com
