I think it was called the "Midland 2100"

Midland was a part of Parker Hale, and they marketed rifles made from surplus Springfield parts and new(cast, I believe)recievers, with sporting stocks. I think they did the same thing with Mauser 98 parts. This was in the 70s, to the best of my memory.

The receiver could be one from Golden State Arms, Pasadena, CA.
