I concur also as every angle & magnification I've viewed it suggested it was the Belgian Perron but I wanted a little better detail.

A little much on the magnification, but if it resembles this mark, it was sourced or purchased from Liege.

i would say it looks very similar can i wash it with a tooth bush and water to clean it ?

Ok i washed it dried it and got enough dirt out that i can say yes that's the symbol. had to magnify it but that's it

Not a Parker Brothers. Most European guns will provide clues on the barrel flats, not often on the receiver.
