OP GeorgeP Member Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 207 Louisville, KY	I have an old Verney Carron underlever. I was told it was made around 1892-94. It is a 20 ga. Does anyone happen to know where in France these were manufactured? Thanks, George

I have an older Demas catalog which does not mention anything about V-C. V-C's are not uncommon in the States. I've owned a couple, seen several. Steve Barnett has had a very nice sidelock on his website for quite some time.

Very lovely, in terms of quality that "Tigre Hunter" was equal to Westley Richards of Bhm. The guy to ask is Yanni, but he got chased away from here by Jones, Smith? of NC whoose family came of the Mayflower no dout.
