These are nice rifles, but the trigger is a bit different that an 98 mauser. They're a nice light deer rifle.
I picked up one a few yrs ago in 270 win that had be imported by Sears. The 270 barrel would not shoot well, so I rebarrelled it to 6.5X55 with a Shilen blank. The trigger was a bit heavy and the commercial Mauser triggers I had on hand did not work, 98 or even one for the Swedish 96. In the end I drilled a new hole for the trigger pivot pin to change the geometry for a lighter trigger.
