Anyone have a positive experience filing a insurance claim on a fine gun over 10K for a theft, loss etc. out in the field and or home ?
Looking for new insurance but can not find anyone who has actually filed a claim successfully.

A lot of insurance policies would cover such a gun, as long as it is "scheduled" and appropriate premium paid.

I have used NRA insurance for years, no claims but I like their size and clout.

bill The NRA policy has limited coverage, not covered for damage, if out of the country (Canada) not covered and the last time I looked the were about double some of the other policies out there. Try Eastern Insurance (Historic Firearms insurance) 800-5455-9326 ask for Jack Richardson. I have had them for many years no claims (thank God) but I have talked to people who had claims and they were happy.
