I mean S.M.l.R. always means "Sa Majeste le Roi" (ou la Reine) (small l not big I)....

for example:
SA MAJEST LE ROI DES BELGES, SA MAJEST LA REINE DE DANEMARK, SA MAJEST LE ROI D'ESPAGNE, SA MAJEST LA REINE DES PAYS-BAS, SA MAJEST LA REINE DU ROYAUME-UNI DE GRANDE-BRETAGNE ET D'IRLANDE DU NORD

it is the common shortcut, I think.
