RC cartridges are certainly not a new kid on the block, they have been manufacturing for years and just happen to be one of the finest (and most expensive) brands.
Clever, B&P and Fiocchi are also very good brands.
I was talking to a sales person from Eley UK today who informs me that they have a manufacturing plant in Tennessee. They have some good stuff also.
