All Remington SxS's came with the double bit locking lugs. My 73, 82, and 89 have them. And all my Remingtons have pattern damascus barrels except the 89, and that has the twist. The 94 C grade has the "etoile" [ star ] pattern and the most beautiful wood I've ever seen on any gun. A friend has a 94 B grade with the chain pattern that I'd almost kill to get. And as far as damascus barrels being a " deal breaker " - I won't buy a Parker or Remington that doesn't have damascus barrels. They're a work of art and I shoot nitro loads in all of them.
