As I stated in my post, all loads will be sent to Tom Armbrust for testing. I have some new cheddite paper hulls in 12 gauge. They have a plastic base wad, just like the cheddite plastic hull. I filled the 12 gauge plastice hull with water, poured it into the paper hull. It was a 1/16" shy of filling the hull. Thus, I'm assuming it has larger internal capacity. I will test the 16 gauge hulls the same way, prior to loading. But, thanks for the info and advice. All is appreciated.
