Like I told you last fall Greg not only an extra payload for wild pheasants but bump up a size in shot. That's why I like #4's for pheasant. #6 and #5 may be fine for season opener when the tender spring hatch are the first taken at short range but after that you need bigger shot to take down the old tough ones when ranges get longer. As a kid I used to load the full choke barrel with a #2 and took them at 60+ yards. smile
