Yes indeed. I have about 6 or 7 different bottles here about. I love mustard on rare beef slices.
With regards to horseradish, I once had a patch of it. Digging and grinding the roots every fall. I decided I wanted the space for something else, so, when I rototilled that end of the garden, I just ground the entire patch to powder.
First, the fumes were so overpowering, I thought I might go blind! Then, the following spring, my 5x20 patch of horseradish had been pulverized and distributed so as to fill my entire vegetable garden, About 100x80!
It took a couple years before I had restrained it's presence to the far corner.
I caution hobbyists to not go too fast when experimenting with chemistry. So, for simple things, a spritz of vinegar, is just about fast enough.
