Does anyone know if the Gebrüder Merkel "Bockbuechsflinte" (Combo) gun (from the 1920s, 1930s) is written about in the Double Gun Journal? If it is, what issue is it covered in? I would like to read more about my 16 gauge 7x57R combo gun and this might be a good source of information. A few photos of the gun below. Thanks! As other have noted, if you will post some images of the marks info will flow. It has to be made post 1930 as Merkel's Weichlot-Verbindung(low temperature soldering) found protection under DRP #509779 in 1930.
The different numbers you mention might be Merkel's & Honold?

the scope is nice and from that time. Looks like a Zeiss or Hensoldt. Anything stamped on?
