Emil Kerner was well known for many years,so, absent additional information,it will be difficult to tie down a time frame.If you tried to post photos or a link,it didn't work.If you can provide photos,especially of the proof marks,likely a better answer can be provided.The "address line" can also provide a hint as to the time frame. The Kerners(father,son,grandson)were known as fine makers.
