Below is info from Buffalo Arms. I don't think you would have problems getting shotgun brass sent to you. I have bought 12 gauge unprimed brass in the US and brought them back into Manitoba with no problem at the border. The customs guy even looked at them.
Black Powder Cartridge empty brass cases.
Due to federal regulations we cannot ship rifle and pistol brass outside of the U.S. unless they are shipped through our exporter. Shotgun brass is excluded from these regulations. If your order has rifle or pistol brass on it we will automaticly remove these from the order and ship the balance with out contacting you.

Joe, do you think RMC is building them for Track of the wolf ? It's interesting that the gun wouldn't close - I have two Parker 10's and was thinking of buying a couple of shells for them. Maybe not if I have to remove the Parker stuff off the end. Paul

I've bought a handful of the hulls from Track, and they fit my Parkers just fine. I have two, 10 gauge hammer guns, and have had no problems. I talked to the guys there when I ordered mine, and they said that they have only had a couple of complaints of the hulls not fitting chambers. They said the problems were limited to English made guns, that must have tight chambers or shorter head clearance than the Parkers that these hulls were patterned after. Give them a try, if they don't fit your gun they'll take them back, I've done business with them for years.
Joe: What make of 10 gauge do you have? Is it of foreign manufacture, or American made?

The Track of the Wolf 10 ga brass hulls were only insertable half way in my R Jeffery pinfire 10 bore. Of course, I knew that the Brass/Parker shells would need the rim altered if I were to "remake" them for pinfire use.
I tried the Brass/Parker shells in several 10 gauges and found that ------
Schaefer hammer gun chambered the shorter shell, but not the longer
Kennedy, Thomas, W H Baker and Co, L C Smith Maker of the Baker patent, all refused even the short shell.
Later Baker guns, New Baker and B Grade , chambered both lengths.
The Kennedy and Thomas appear to have begun life in England, so that may give credence to being careful with British chambered guns.

I'm no expert on Canadian Rules, but I carry hunting ammo over the border every year. Are you sure unprimed cases are illegal ? Maybe not illegal, but my components guy has had a shipment of wads held up at the border by Homeland Security for months, and I know of other people who have had problems . The cost of the cases is too great for me to risk losing them because some idjit thinks terrorists are going to use them for something. Track won't ship that stuff to me either- I asked Davide
