I will admit to being intrigued by the gun at first, but then I realized that it's probably no better than my Beretta Silver Pigeon II, which is already paid for. Nice wood and case colors, though.
My sentiments exactly. However, in all fairness, the Beretta that comes closest to comparing with this gun isn't the SP II, but the V. It lists for over 4K, and that would put you paying much nearer the price of the Inverness. You just can't get 30" barrels on the SP V.
I sure would love to rent one for a day next dove season, tho'.
