Didn't want to add this to the Manhattan Arms Co. thread. Dr Jim and I have about finished an article on Fulton Tradename Guns, not that there is a whole lot of collector interest therein
The list we now have:
"Enders Royal" with "Royal Steel" for Shapleigh Hardware Co., St. Louis. The "Enders" trade name is usually associated however with H.&D. Folsom/Crescent guns.
The E.K. Tryon Co., Philadelphia may have had a Fulton "Keystone" shotgun, along with Crescent guns. Tryon and Great Western Gun Works of Pittsburgh both used the "New Haven Fire Arms Co." name on Fulton and Crescent guns.
"Delphia Arms Co." was a trade name of Supplee Biddle Hardware Co., also of Philadelphia.
The "Hackett Special" was made for Hacketts Hardware in upstate New York.
"HibSpeBar" for Hibbard, Spencer, Bartlett & Co., Chicago.
Other trade name guns include "Comstock Arms Co. Duluth", "Miller-Morse Special" for Miller Morse Hardware in Winnipeg, "Sterling", "Royal Arms Co.", "Hudson Arms" (possibly for Hudson Sporting Goods Co., New York), "Marks", "Hartley, Spackhalver & Fay" (location unknown), and "Montgomery Ward & Co.".
Orphan Fulton barrels recently appeared marked "Blue Diamond Steel". "Blue Diamond" was a Trade Name used by Norvell-Shapleigh Hdw. Co., St. Louis.
Fultons with NO markings also exist.
