First rate, provided a written proposal, on a number of guns I had them work on...Todd Balise and Mark, the owner, ( whose last name escapes me as I type this) are very responsive as is the lady there as well....return calls and emails.....and the work is as others here have said....had a Westley Richards restored ( 11 months , not unusual) and other major and minor work for me on others. Reading some other posts on this forum I alway had concerns with UPS brown truck delivery but I live about 3 hours drive from them in NH...from Plymouth, Ma....but they have never had any shockers with that..but I suppose my deliveries are not sitting in a warehouse....you pay a little more but they are top notch....I believe they call your project like it is....you will not be disappointed.
