Doug, you brought up a very good point and one I overlooked. I was so taken that it was a 20 gauge that I didn't see that the for-end should be blued.
On brother Drew's picture, that is the way the writing would look on a Regular Frame.
It would be interesting in what John brought up also about no matting on the rib.
I will go with Dick (Laxcoach) and now say this is a re-cased gun and half the price now.
