Someone sent me the picture in an email. So I tracked it down by googling some criteria and it seems to have originated with Sonoma Gifts around 2007. During my search I saw two slightly different tables but clearly the same maker. I couldn't find it on their current website, but they have a lot of similar art. I suspect they could have one made if contracted.
