I have a back-lock Lefaucheux actioned SxS 16gau. A description follows, I could take some pics. & Email for someone to post.
-Anyway Bietz on the left lock, A. Strasburg on the right. -Underside of barrels Bernard, Brevet, Bayet Fres., a mark I can't make out but not the Belgian ELG. and 17.0 on one barrel.
-The barrels are I believe "chain" damascus and in gold the name F./ CF.(not sure) Bernard (stylized) on the top rib.
-There are remnants of nickel? plating on the action which had gold plated triggers at one time, there is no engraving.
-Also the initials FR on the locks (inside) and GD inside on the lever(inside).
Any info. / comments would be appreciated, I would describe the whole gun as dainty. --- John Can.
