Thank You for the extra post. I did see this latest info in post #279435. Tried to upload more pic's using jpgbox. It didn't want to upload them or if it did, I couldn't find them. Also gun is buried in back of safe, but from what I have writen down, and looking at web site above, rifle is for steel jacket (German proof No. 19 last used 1912) and has 815 on rifle barrel. That could be the date Aug. 1915 according to No. 29 on web site. I thought it would be little newer then that. There are more marks on gun that are not on web site. One shot barrel has "nicht fur kugbl" When did they stop stamping that on choked barrels? Barrels are all Krupp Stahl. Thank You Again Wknitro
