Once again some misinformation above.

One of you said for Steve to consult with an attorney before making an insurance claim, some on else asked him if he insured it.

Its the shipper who sent it to him that has to start the claim process and he would be the one to contact the attorney. Not Steve. You can report it to BAFT, but I can assure you they will not get greatly involved.
