Just today, I received an antique 10 ga. Parker that was shipped via UPS. It did arrive intact, but I was really hoping it was going to be shipped via USPS. That same experience seems to be borne out here every time this subject comes up. I've heard too many bad things about theft and missing guns with UPS, and any long gun that I've had shipped by FedEX arrived either broken or at least had the box severely damaged. Shipping a double full length and assembled is just asking for trouble in my opinion.
