OP Buzz Sidelock Joined: Mar 2011 Posts: 3,040 Likes: 136 United States	The reason I ask this question is because I recently returned a gun which was misrepresented to me as quite likely 'new'. Well, the gun was not new and had been reblued. I returned the gun and the owner is claiming I shot the gun....I did not fire the gun.... And he claims it now has rings on the action face so I had to have shot the gun. This guy is a crook and is trying to not refund my money in full, but I was wondering just how many shots it takes with a new gun before the rings show up on the action face?? Socialism is almost the worst.

Otherwise, you only have the advertising forum rules to help you or the state AG. The state AG may be helpful. Maybe not. He's going to claim you shot it regardless of what you say. Hell, he can even take it out and shoot it until rings show up and say that you did it. Sad that there are folks like that around. This was guns international. I've got my lawyer involved now. Guess I will have to wait and see what happens. Socialism is almost the worst.
