Der Ami Sidelock Joined: Jul 2012 Posts: 4,939 Likes: 343 East Alabama	Berrien, He can use 8x57IR ammo or .318 bullets to hand load,this will cause no problem.The suggestion to try 8x57IRS was because he reported the barrels groove diameter as .324",which is .006" larger than .318"bullets.Bullets in the current standard dia(.323")are much more avaliable and seem to fit the barrel better,therefore more likely to be accurate.
