As far as window tinting goes I would suggest that they enforce the current traffic laws for people who don't use turn signals. But wait--Those dumb a$$es can't even enforce the 20,000+ gun laws in this country.
Yah, but they don't, do they. Your lucky and don't live in a congested traffic area infested with people that have marginal driving skills. I've lived around Chicago, San Francisco, Houston, Seattle, and now Austin and I've never had to drive among such a bunch of lousy drivers as I do here in Texas.
