First off PA24 I completely agree with nearly everything youve said.
The one thing here that I agree with CA on is not allowing window tint on front and front side windows. The reason is driving safety, you can often tell a lot about another drivers next moves by where theyre looking etc. For instance, since drivers only use their turn signals 50% of the time (according to highway safety statistics) if youre at a stop and you see another driver constantly looking to one side you can figure that he might be planning on turning (in front of you). Even if hes not signaling his turn, at least youll be ready for it. Or if you pull up alongside someone and you see hes busy texting you know to stay away from the moron. So yah, because of stuff like that I wish theyd outlaw tinted front windows (not rear windows, just the front ones). Yes, I know your car heats up more but complain about it to the bad and just plain irresponsible drivers.
