I ran across a no name Italian 28ga O/U at a local gun shop that was made in 1968 with false sideplates, double triggers, extractors, 27.5" barrels choked full/imp, POW grip and is really lightweight at 5lbs. The gun has no engraving and no makers marks other than the proof marks. Numbers match and it is tight as a tick, plus all of the signs are there that is is well made gun. The dealer is asking $850 for the gun. I am looking at it for shooting, and clearly not an investment piece. On paper is awesome and it fits me really well too. Am I crazy to think about buying this gun? Maybe a Breda???
