Since it is well widely believed that coffee is not good for you and drinking it in the presence of minors may influence them,we have decided that you will henceforth not be allowad to own more than two coffee cups.You cannot possibly "need" more than two.You are herewith directed to turn over to the police all coffee cups in your possession,whereupon they will decide which two you will be allowed to keep.This is necessary to prevent the use of large volume cups,for the public good.
