I recently moved from Alaska to Phoenix and want to hunt up some quail with my little Fox 20ga with a Miller Single Trigger. Unfortunately, while owning the gun for many years I never shot it and then found out the trigger pulls are about 10 pounds! Anyway, I can send the gun back east for adjustment but will lose the remainder of quail season here. Does anyone know a gunsmith in the Phoenix area you would trust to do this work?

Dan tuned the lock on a lowly 00 Smith for me and the crisp trigger is now a thing of wonder and joy.
Interestingly, dear ol' grandpa's doubles are coming out of Valley closets to trade for black guns right now and should be in the aisles at the Crossroads of the West show January 19 - 20.

Not Phoenix, but Sprague's Sports in Yuma now has a full-time gunsmith on staff.

Don't let anyone unfamiliar with the Miller Single Trigger work on your gun. It's a recipe for disaster.
I have two Ithaca Classic Doubles with MST's and would recommend Gunter Pfrommer for any and all work on quality SxS's. He knows these triggers.
Incidentally, he worked for CSMC and is very familiar with the Fox gun.
