OP Lochlan Sidelock Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 47	The FE Hoffman gun 1903 is the bottom rifle. The top is a strange Winchester model 54 30-06 with a model 70 barrel that has been renumbered to 54. It has the transitional safety of an early model 70. I was wondering if anyone knows anything about either rifle. I buy what I like but I am not an expert on bolt actions by any means.
