From what you have posted, it was made between 1893 & 1911, possibly in the Zella Sankt Blasii/Mehlis area. Typical 16/65mm scattergun over some 9.3mm/360 BPE variant. Seems you are missing a comma shotgun load data. C Krummel was a country gunsmith or firearms merchant that sourced the craftsmen in a gunmaking center for his wares. Is it a hammergun? Post some images if possible.
