Parker DH 12 gauge on a #1 frame and 28" damascus barrels. Weighs 6/8 and just seems to hit whatever it is shooting at in spite of my attempts to mess things up. Not a fancy gun, used but well cared for. Photo is from a few years back before the perfect storm killed all our quail.

Winchester Model 12- 12 gauge 30" full solid field gun--as the late Don Ernesto said so well;"A gun is to shoot" and mine, except for the post 1935 pistol grip is basically the same as his M12-- his a 1928 Perch Bellied smaller grip- 30" Full field grade with solid rib- He won a ton of live Columbaire and Box pigeons big money shoots with it in Europe and Cuba- when he sold it after the 1953 ill-fated African Safari, claiming that he had "worn it out" is a mystery to me- You can't wear out a Model 12- I have 7- and shoot them year round, but this is my favorite-and always will be!!

You guys are probably going to laugh at me but my first gun to grab for hunting or shooting skunks 'n coon is my Amantino 12 bore. The thing has taken a lickin and keeps on tickin.
Practice safe eating. Always use a condiment.

1926 Winny model 12 in 16 gauge. 26" bbls, .007 choke. Bird whacking mofo. As good as an everyday use gun ever gets. And it's still uber classy :-)

Old Researcher has been shooting upland game with this 1914-vintage Ansley H. Fox 12-gauge for 46 years now -- My opening weekend limit of Ducks from 1966 with the Super-Fox I'm holding and the first Pheasant I shot with the straight grip A-Grade leaning next to it. The A-Grade left North 18th Street & Windrim Avenue bored improved modified in both its 28-inch tubes, but I quickly had the right tube opened to improved cylinder.
