Hello,
For many months now, I have to type in my User ID and password a second time before they are accepted. Is this normal?
This is not a matter of misstyping. I do have my browser set to remove all cookies, etc. after each session as a routine security measure. This does not happen with any other site.
Thanks, Niklas

If you quit tossing your cookies, you won't have to re-log in each day, at all.(I think)

Jim,
I don't post very often, so, staying logged in is not important. However, each time I do wish to post, send personal message, etc. I have to do the loggin process twice before I am declared logged in and can proceed.
Yeti,
Happens with dial-up and with DSL. Does not happen with other webbsites.

I now have hi-speed wireless and had dial-up before. I stayed logged in with both, unless I cleared out my cookies or some other infrequent operation like that. Doing a "disk clean-up" with Norton does not "un-log" me. Other than what I suggested above I don't have an answer for you. Even then, having to do it twice doesn't make sense, to me. Suggest you send Dave Webber an e-mail about it.
