Ithaca is from Kings Ferry vintage around 2005 not Sandusky. It's a 20 bore 3" fully rifled free floated "DeerSlayer". You may have noticed the custom touches.
Scroll engraved 50% coverage on receiver with gold inlaid DeerSlayer script and Turnbull case coloring. Straight hand English style black walnut stock, hand checkered, oil finish with Ithaca sunburst pad. Jeweled bolt and associated hardware including bolt release. Trigger is gold plated and tuned...I was told it's set at a tad under 4 lbs.
Bushnell 1-4x illuminated scope. German #4 reticule nestled in a set of Leupold rings snuggled down in a one piece Redfield rear base with backup peep that flips up. Front sight is traditional Ithaca with orange fiber optic like triangle.
I use the Winchester sabots 2-3/4" loads with 260 grain 50 caliber partition bullets at 1800fps. if I can get a tree to rest against the gun will drop Bambi's uncle at 200 yards. Most my shots are offhand between 50 and 100 so its usally more than enough gun for eastern woods hunting.
I started using this gun as the sights on my Bernadelli SxS slug blaster started to get fuzzy and hard to see in dim light. I still take the Bernardelli out on sunny days but with open sights and my current eye age it's at best a 50 yard ideal condition gun.
