Judging from the fellow's attire, the timeframe is late thirties to late forties - do we know when Fuller did most of his work? If that timeframe is correct, the Remington 10 and 29 were way, way out of date by then, so the nod goes to Ithaca. I'm not that familiar with the Rem 31 - is that a possibility?
