Within the last 7~8 years I was visiting one of the 'cowboy' museums in the greater Los Angles area, don't recall its name, but they had a numer of Parker gauge bore rifles in a case. There may have been a cape gun in there too, but I just don't remember. It struck me that they had some really rare guns in that display case with very poor descriptions of what they actually were. The museum had a lot of space dedicated to rawhide work, if that helps to identify it.
