"Merkel single triggers can be tricky"
Does this apply to O/U guns as well? I have a 303E - and it has always had a heavy (though crisp) trigger. I have thought of having a gunsmith look at it, but if its an inherent 'feature' I might as well save my time. It does however always work faultlessly and is fully selective even if the selector is in an unusual place.
I also have a double trigger Merkel, which also has heavy pulls. Perhaps its a 'family trait'?
