As you can see, it's a Jones underlever, the hammers are non-rebounding, bar action locks. In great shape for its age, has been restocked recently. The name is unusual in that normally it is spelled "Thompson" in Britain
I have friends of Icelandic heritage who spell their name "Thomson"
