I looked over the gun very thoroughly, and could not figure out how to replace the V springs with coil springs. They just would not fit inside the lumps and provide the same action. And it is very disturbing to me that this gun will not fire whenever one or both springs break.
I won't comment anymore about WLM, Chapuis or their authorized servicer. I just think the people here should be very careful to identify WHO is an AUTHORIZED Chapuis dealer, WHO will offer warranty service, and WHO supplies parts, BEFORE purchasing the brand. I feel like I bought a grey market camera....
