I had not heard he died and I picked up a new Bourne book and thought "what the hell" when I was a chapter into it. Looked on the cover and Ludlum was in big letters and the person who wrote it was in little letters at the bottom. I pitched it.
I understand Robert B. Parker has new books out and he's been dead for a couple years.
