No not at all .For most common types of British ejectors ,Baker Deeley , Southgate/Holland , Boss and Purdey .There were of course many variations to get around different patents as well as a few that did not stand the test of time due to there compexity or on going problems such as Needhamsas used by Greener or that of Perkes[?] which was in many ways similar to that of a Deely box.
I am sure others who are skilled in these things will in due coarse post photos of all these examples .
