I shot the gun today and am happy to report that it is properly regulated. Both barrels shoot where the gun is pointed and the patterns are about 4 inches above aim at 20 yards. That's good for me as I shoot mostly rising birds. Shot size ranged from No 4 through 8 and everything patterned about as expected. My patterning was not scientific but several large packing boxes gave their all for these patterns. I have the IC and full choke tubes installed and probably won't change them except for doves and deer. I even shot some 00 buckshot as I do occasionally hunt deer in a buckshot area in Virginia. At 40 yards a deer doesn't have a chance with the Full barrel. I believe that if necessary it would do fine service with 3" shells for turkey. The 14-1/4" LOP is fine in shirt sleeves but the plate may have to come off for cooler weather. Overall I am pleased with the gun as a general all-round gun that can take heavy charges when needed.
